By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Project work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Utter L.L.C-FZ, which takes precedence over these terms.

## 03. Intellectual property

All website content, artwork and the Utter logo belong to Utter L.L.C-FZ. Ownership of client deliverables is defined in each project agreement.

## 04. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

## 05. Confidentiality

Information shared with us during enquiries is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and deliver your project.

## 06. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Utter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

## 07. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
