Calendar view doesn't show recurring tasks

The calendar schedules issues by their start and due dates, but recurring tasks do not exist yet, so there is nothing recurring for it to show. This is really a request for recurrence, which is tracked separately. Once repeating tasks land, having them appear on the calendar is the natural follow-up.
