What is a viewer, and are they really free?
A viewer can read projects and follow issues, but cannot create, comment on, or move work. They are free on every plan, with no cap. You only pay for builders, the people who actively create and manage work.
What does the free plan include?
Every feature: unlimited members and free viewers, up to 5 projects with unlimited issues, every view (board, backlog, list, calendar, timeline), sprints, milestones, reports, GitHub, imports from Trello, ClickUp, Jira, monday.com, Linear, Asana, CSV import, and 25 AI credits a month. Paid plans lift the capacity: more projects, storage, and AI credits, not the feature set.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Your first workspace starts on a full 14-day Pro trial, with no credit card. When it ends you choose to upgrade or drop to Free. Your data stays; you only lose the extra capacity (projects beyond five, and the larger storage and AI allowances) until you upgrade.
How does your pricing stay this low?
We are a small team building this for ourselves first and for you second. No sales team, no chasing growth at any cost. We charge less because we spend less, and we never bill for viewers.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?
Yes. Tell us about your team at [email protected] and we will sort something out. Education and nonprofit teams get free Business.
What happens when my trial ends or I stop paying?
Your workspace drops back to the free plan and keeps everything except projects beyond the first five and the larger storage and AI allowances. You never lose your data and you can export at any time.
