Recurring tasks

There is no way to make a task repeat on a schedule, so weekly standups or monthly reports have to be recreated by hand. This asks for a recurrence rule that spawns the next instance when one is closed. We have automations that react to events, but time-based recurrence is a separate build we have not started.
